Delivery
We dispatch most orders within 1-3 business days Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you are in a hurry, please contact us and we'll expedite if we can!
Tee shirts and totes are printed on demand via Printful, and shipped direct from Printful worldwide, usually dispatched within 3 working days. You will receive an email notification upon dispatch with tracking information.
Prints ship via An Post or Federal Express, depending on your region and the weight/value of your order. When the option is available for your region, orders will be insured for the full value (including postage) and signed-for. You will receive an email notification upon dispatch.
For Ireland, the rest of the EU, and the UK: once dispatched, print-on-demand orders can take 7-12 working days to arrive from the EU, but they will usually arrive sooner.
The USA, Canada, and the rest of the world can take up to 21 days to arrive, but usually arrive much sooner.
Customs
Customs authorities in your country may charge you Import Duty and/or other additional related charges. As the buyer and the importer, you are responsible for paying any such costs, which are outside our control, and vary from country to country. Please contact your country's customs office if you require further information.
Returns and Exchanges
You may return or exchange unused items within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt if you need to return your order. Bulk and custom orders are non-returnable.
Returns within 7 days are eligible for a refund, provided items are unused. Returns within 7-14 days are subject to a 5% restocking penalty. You must notify us in writing within 7 days to be eligible for a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Faulty items
In the unlikely event that your items are faulty, you may return them to us within 21 days for replacement, or for return with a full refund, provided you contact us in writing within 7 days of receipt.
Refunds will be processed upon receipt and examination of the product. Shipping will be refunded on faulty products. The length of time refunds take may vary depending on your bank's processing. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to show on your bank statement.
